We recently built our first custom home with Mitford Homes. Being new to the home-building process, Paul and Wendy helped walk us through the process and answered our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. The floor plan of our home is open and inviting, better than any of the existing homes we toured.
Paul and his team of vendors were very helpful in assisting us with the customizing of our new home. There was ample time for decision-making at each step along the way, allowing us to consider all our options and not rush into hasty decisions. Vendors we met with were helpful and courteous and helped us to make prudent decisions. The choices we made help to make our home warm and welcoming.
Mitford Homes was also creative and flexible in helping us keep the cost of our new home within our budget. While we did go with some upgrades, there were no surprises when the final bill came. We were able to build the house we wanted for the price we were able to pay. And thanks to cooperative weather, our house was finished on time!
We couldn’t be happier with our new home. The quality of the construction shows and our friends and family rave every time they visit. We would highly recommend Mitford Homes.
