Dear Paul and Wendy,
I can recall the day in June 2005 when I saw your model home in New Palestine and called to see if we could meet to look at the inside as I really liked the outside of the house. When you agreed to meet with my sister and I and I walked in the front door of that model, I fell in love with it. Since I was making a major move from Arizona to Indiana, I had to find something fast before I had to fly back. I had looked at used and new homes, but I just could not find what I liked, until I saw yours. Even though it was almost time for me to leave, I remember you saying, “You could build me anything and anywhere you want it.” I left Indiana to return to Arizona and was just not quite sure what I was going to do, but I wanted a home like your model.
Thanks to your expertise and checking on lots I had in mind, you found the perfect lot in Shelbyville. You took care of everything so I did not have to worry about a thing. Even though I was not here, having to do most of the paperwork by mail, fax or phone it went so smoothly. Meeting with my sister explaining things and all of us working together made it very easy.
When I made the move and got to see the construction of the house in progress it was wonderful. My husband and I have built five homes and I have to admit, you were the finest builder I have ever dealt with. You kept me informed on the progress and what would be happening next. I am so thankful for some of the upgrades you suggested, making those changes made it a beautiful home. When I mentioned some things I wanted, you said, “No problem, we can do whatever you want, you’re the boss.”
Meeting with your contractors was very pleasant; they were friendly, considerate and very professional. Once I moved in if anything needed attention, you had somewhere there to take care of it. That’s what I call real high quality customer service. Paul and Wendy you design and have high quality custom homes, I will enjoy mu new home for a very long time. You can count on me, If I were to build another home; I would have you build it. I love my new home. I’m hoping one of these days you can build one for my sister.
