Guarantee Buy

Our real estate partner will meet with you to establish a fair market value for your existing home, not to exceed $750,000. They will offer to you a price generally 10% below the fair market value. If you accept, our real estate partner will list your home, while you start building your new one. If your old home is not sold within 180 days, they will then buy it for the price you agreed on. Certain real estate commissions will apply.
