Referrals

This program has been introduced for the many Mitford Homes satisfied clients who have friends and associates that would like to build. Simply e-mail Mitford Homes at paulmitford@mitfordhomes.com, include the name and detailed information of your referral. Print out a copy of the email and have the person present it to the Mitford sales associate at the first meeting. If the party signs a contract to build within six months, then $1,000 will be sent to the current Mitford Homeowner upon closing. For second referrals, $1,500 at closing. Third and subsequent referrals $2,000 at closing.
